Our client, a well-established and respected manufacturer of concrete products based near Penrith, is seeking a Manufacturing Operative to join their growing team.

The RoleAs a Manufacturing Operative, you will play a key role in the day-to-day production process, taking responsibility for overseeing product mixes and supporting the operation of the site's two main production lines.
Key responsibilities include:- Monitoring and controlling production processes from the control room
- Supervising the operation of the production lines
- Ensuring products are manufactured safely and to the required quality standards
- Assisting with machine operation and production activities
- Working closely with a small team to achieve production targets
- Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site
We are looking for someone who:- Has previous experience within a manufacturing, production, or machine operative environment
- Has a positive, can-do attitude and is willing to get involved where required
- Enjoys working as part of a small team
- Is safety-conscious and takes pride in producing quality work
- Is reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing.
